I'm an idiot, but I like M&M. I am going to start breaking packs in a few days. It is an inexpensive way for a guy like me to get some actual 1 of 1 cards out of a pack.

It's really not that bad a product per se. It's got a neat design, good player selection and all the small serial number runs are a novelty at least. It's a hell of a lot better than last year's SP!

It's just that when you actually take a look at how many "one of ones" and small serial numbered cards are out there it loses its luster a little bit. If they actually made the print run that low though, they'd be priced as much as a pack of SportKings instead of 6 bucks each.

That all being said, I've already bought two packs, a handful of singles and will probably get a couple more as long as the price doesn't get jacked up to 8, 9 or even 10 bucks a pop like last year.
