Even more great news about 2011 Finest.

The more we learn about 2011 Finest Baseball, the more it's shaping up to be the best Finest set in a decade.

Not only are the letter patches and rookie redemptions gone, but get this...

... the Autographed Rookie cards ARE ALL VARIATIONS!

That's right. All 19 (so far) Autographed Rookies will also be available as NON-AUTOGRAPHED BASE CARDS.

In other words, for the first time since the late-90s, you'll actually be able to collect a complete set of Finest. (Imagine that!)

Yes, there are still way too many unnecessary Refractor parallels. The 100-card base set is too small. And the 50 one-per-mini-box inserts are going to be a bear to collect. But for the first time in a decade, I'm actually looking forward to buying a box of Topps Finest.

Listen live, and watch me make a complete fool out of myself as I try to answer your phone calls and Rob "VOTC" Bertrand's comments. Surely, it will be the beginning and the end of my career as sports card radio host!

That's this Friday night (c'mon, you've got nothing to do this Friday night!) at midnight ET, 11pm CT at the address below.
