What do you think of this? Is this guy trying to pull a fast one? Or is this really legit?
The thing I want to know is, who in their right mind would submit a 1990 Topps Frank Minnifield football card to BGS?

why haven't we heardf about this card before?
Can anyone make out the text on the front of the BGS label? It looks like there's three rows of text. My BGS-graded cards only have two rows of text, set and number/name.
